Nilesh Dalvi filed complaint against Swiggy on Feb 20, 2019
This is regarding swiggy order no. *********** delivered from juice maker which has ** minute or free service guarantee. The order was placed at *:** pm and delivered at *:** pm (proof attached). When contacted customer chat, the executive claims that the delivery boy was on the location at *:** pm. When I tracked the delivery person and he was not on the premises. You can see from the myGate app of the colony that the delivery person has entered the gate at *:** pm. So, this is the first lie which swiggy has given on its customer care chat. Secondly, I had called customer care on phone. Please go through the recording which I am sure swiggy must have. The executive on phone tells me the system shows that the order has been delivered at *:** pm. Swiggy has been outrightly swindling customers of false promises. Please find the attached proofs.
