Issue: Not delivered and very bad substitutes offered as per the occassion.
Service: Is *rd class doesnt replies over emails neither calls and it seems they have blocked my number coz of repeated calling on call customer care number.
Nor does they send any confirmation messaage while placing order or neither they confirm who and when will go. It rediculuous. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this gifting company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
