I placed an order on Jan *st. They took my money and never received a full confirmation on the order as the web status still showed "Payment unsuccessful". I had to even call up their Payment company to make sure that they have received the payment. Once all that was cleared they changed the status and I was told that I'll receive the order in *-* days. It's been days since that and still no idea where the product is. I just cancelled it. I want my money back. Please
I'm so tired chasing after these people at bata. Thei customer service is horrible.
