Domino's India - Order Not Delivered denying for Refund

I have placed an order through Zomato on **st Dec **** at **:** PM for which delivery person - Mr. Shivshankar Vishwakarma called after * hours from (+** **********) asking for delivery which was denied to accept for delay of * hours as I had ordered from another restaurant after multiple attempts to check with dominos on (+** **********). The delivery person confirmed to cancel the order & process the refund. But he marked it as delivered which was never received.

I don't know who should be blamed here but this is absolute ********. Please do not accept the order if you have no ability to deliver orders or deliver as per your staff's own wishful time.

I have raised multiple complaints (Ref: *******, *******, *******) and yet again escalated (Ticket Id :**********) yet there is no solution. The team calls back and every time asks me to accept another order of the same value but will not refund money in any case. This is absolutely unprofessional at Domino's end. Moreover, the executives talk so rudely that they don't even care to solve the problem.

When asked for someone senior to talk, they just inform that there will be a call back from a senior person which never happens. Instead, there is an email saying the contact number is not reachable where I every day get all calls from everyone but only domino's person is not reachable. Neither do they have the courtesy to try again as they think customers are beggars and they will call if need the refund.
