Issue:
My order from Burger King, placed through Ola Foods, was falsely marked as delivered, but I did not receive the order.
The delivery person, Adarsh Pandey (Phone: **********, Email: adarsh********@gmail.com), deliberately blocked my number and did not respond to any of my attempts to contact him.
It has been over ** hours since the issue occurred, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or response from Ola Foods.

The delivery person’s deliberate action of blocking me and not being reachable is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund for the order due to non-delivery and seek appropriate measures against the delivery person for their unprofessional conduct.
