I placed an order thru swiggy from KFC for Rs. *** at around **:** pm. The order did not arrive even by **:** pm by which time I fell asleep. In the morning I noticed a few missed calls around **:** AM from swiggy and order status changed to delivered at **:** AM. When I contacted customer care on chat, they told to contact by email. When I contacted using email, they told that since it is more than * hours passed the order placement time they can not look into this and provide me proof of delivery or cancel order and refund

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
