I ordered the cake from Ohri's Cake Nation, But the order was not delivered after seeing the delivery notification from the app. I tried contacting the delivery guy, but he was rude and did not respond. I tried calling customer support they asked me to send mail to their support team. I ordered the cake for the occasion and the moment won't come tomorrow, right? I tried chatting with the customer team they are directly marking my chat as closed
