I placed my order yesterday on swiggy from sansmaran hotel for my family , i got a notification from swiggy after a hour showing the order is delivered but the delivery guy never came . I approached the customer service but they wasted my hours and later told me to approach via email . I have CCTV cameras installed at my premises , no swiggy delivery entered my society . I'm ready to show the concern team the whole day footage . I told the swiggy team the same but they are just saying they share the feedback to concern . This is a case of Fraud ,as the delivery guy himself is not receiving the call of the customer service guys from yesterday because he is a cheat . I want my money back and a compensation of **k for the time wasted and frustration the swiggy made me go through . My order no is #************
