Westside - Order not delivered and upon escalation they cancelled and said they will refund No reply for emails

I placed an order with Westside, but it was never delivered. After repeated follow-ups and escalation, I was informed that the order would be cancelled and the refund would be processed. However, even after ** days, I have not received the refund amount. Additionally, their customer service team is not answering my calls or responding to my emails. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I request immediate refund of my money along with proper resolution of this complaint.
