Myflowertree.com - Order not delivered and they are claiming it s delivered

I placed order on ** Feb,some Dairy Milk silk chocolates with Pink Roses along with a ** inch Teddy Bear. Recpeint haven't received anything and MyFlowerTree.com is claiming that they have delivered the product.So, I tried so many times to contact them over phone,but they just replied over their own text option.
