Swiggy - order not delivered and swiggy charged me full amount as cancellation fee

I ordered ice cream from swiggy on **/**/**** on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. The delivery guy was unable to reach the address, irrespective of providing the full address and soon he canceled the order and after a while, I get a message that my order is canceled and the full amount is charged as a cancellation fee. I was shocked by this and contacted customer service and they told me that the delivery guy tried to contact you and could not reach the address and now it's canceled!
I don't understand that if the delivery guy was unable to reach the given address, why a customer is liable to pay for all the mishappenings! Swiggy is scam now and now making money out of customer's pockets for no reason. I want my full refund!
