Dunzo - Order not delivered and refusing to refund money

I had orderd fruits form Dunzo on */*/****. I had put a correct address on their website. But the delivery man never came to my door step. He just constantly called me and because of some office work I could not pick up the call. After i called him back he said he had left. After bringing it to notice of Dunzo they said since i did not pickup the call I will not get my refund nor has my order been delivered.
