Hello Team,
Order number #************.
We haven't received order.
We got order delivered message in swiggy app.
We did call to swiggy customer care executive and requested for delivery. They were denied it and confirmed we were returned to Hotel.
We have approached hotel immediately. They said nothing was returned back. We do most orders from same restaurant.
I need your assistance and refund my money.
This is my bad experience with swiggy.
Kindly take action immediately and refund money back.
If order is not delivered how they sent message was order delivered ? How they update status in Swiggy app order delivered?
