The customer care of zomato was arrogant not to call me and initiate refund without compensation. This has to go to social media, they made me starve for whole night before of zomato technical error and not providing compensation. When I ordered by mistake and cancelled the order they penalized me full amount of ***, not they have not delivered the confirmed order nor intimated about the non delivery to me hence zomato has to be penalized. Please compensate else Twitter will flood will messages against zomato. The consumer case no is ***********.
