i ordered a pair of shoes on club factory and I pay them advance payment through paytm, but still after more then one month there is no response from club factory. club factory messaged me after ** days of order that your order is cancelled , how they can cancelled my order while I pay them advance. and after cancelling order still my amount is not refunded. i already sent many complaint emails to club factory and also registered complaint in national consumer helpline
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
