Burger King - Order not delivered

On ** may ****, I placed a prepaid order from Burger King through their app/online platform for food worth ₹***. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the order was never delivered to me.
The order status continued showing “On the way” for a long time even after the expected delivery time had passed. When I contacted the delivery partner directly, I was informed that the order had been asked to be returned/cancelled from the restaurant side. However, no proper update was provided in the app, and I did not receive my food or refund.
I repeatedly tried contacting customer support through the app and other available channels, but there was no proper response or resolution provided. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss as I paid for food that I never received.
I request a complete refund for the undelivered order and proper action regarding the poor customer support and misleading order status shown in the app.
