I had ordered * packs of sanfe anti. Scar gel and one vitamin c mask for ***/- on *- march **** but it has been * days passed there was no any update regarding the order packed or shipped so I sent a mail on their customer care id the send AI generated messages that ur order will be. Shipped soon after * days of order. No when waiting for so many days I mailed them that I want to cancel my order and I want my refund they say that they will give the amount in their store wallet for future use, if such is the condition now, why I will be trusting this brand in future n why i would buy their products.. so plz help me get my hard earned money back...
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
