The delivery partner is a fraud. He pretended to be calling from restaurant saying the delivery partner did not collect the order and therefore we are delivering and then closed the order as delivered. Zomato customer chat was not available. Email respond after ** hours it says. That’s not ok. I paid and not eaten. I need Zomato to be closed forever in India.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
