Magicpin - Order Not Delivered

I had placed my order at **:** pm. Order was assigned to the first rider who picked it up and resturant said it got cancelled and the second rider was coming to deliver the order. It was **:** am. When he arrived, he didn't have my order and was asking for the OTP (when received the order). The Oven story restaurant (bangalore) was the place I had ordered from. I had talked to manager and senior manager who were talking very rudely as if I owe them something. They were like we don't prepare food after ** pm, the kitchen is closed. They had sent their rider to tell me my order cannot be delivered or that they can deliver it the next day. Like.... Seriously??

Is this how customers are treated??

The delivery guy is continuously calling me to give the OTP, which is so uncalled for. He was saying that he would be charged a penalty and that his id is blocked. Trying to get sympathy and all.

I'm really hungry. They harassed me to a point where all the restaurants got closed and I have to go to sleep without having anything.

I didn't get any support from the restaurant and the magicpin support team. I have all the voice recordings with me.
