I ordered a kfc chicken box through their app! when my order is not delivered to that delivery time..i called them and they asked my location..they contacted me personally but yet my order not delivered..so called them again…almost after * hours but they responded me saying that they will deliver my item after * pm…i still accepted !! they not delivered my package yet so I called them again..they didn’t respond..so I messaged them but they replied me saying that i ordered through wrong number..placing one digit extra to my mobile number!! but the fact is I ordered through their app itself..this particular app won’t allow to type more than ten numbers..again I called them ! This time other people responded! i told them all the story..they finally said our restaurant only delivers in *km radius! U r too far..its default of app..ur money gonna refunded within ** hrs but its been two days..money not refunded..n they r not responding!!

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
