I did not receive my order on time because delivery partner sent me message without delivering the order. I talked with company representative (Sumit) and he said that you will get refund for that. For new order My family waited for next * hours. I need clear clarification for that and also need full refund including the compensation for the waiting time. It’s really so embarrassing for me to trust on big company like Swiggy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
