I placed an order on **st Dec **** (Order# ***), around *:** PM which was never delivered. When I tried to contact the restaurant, from *:** PM till **:** AM they did not answer. Next day somehow I spoke to someone who assured for refund and someone will follow up, received call again different person who said same thing refund will be issued but still not done. They are now ignoring my calls, filed complaint in the application but no result now the application is not accepting my queries.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
