I have received a message that your order will be delivered today. After sometime I checked the order in jiomart website. Now it's showing returned. I call to their customer care and even chat with them. They are saying that your order returned due to technical error. I asked about how it's got returned. I have not received any call or message for returning order. I don't want the refund. I want the same order. They denied it.
We spend hours to select the product and order. And they are not delivering it. My time got wasted. I have to go somewhere, then I postponed it and now I have to order same thing from another platform. This is not professional behavior. I want to file a case against jiomart. They are wasting out time and money both.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
