Swiggy - Order not confirmed

I order#*************** in swiggy on **.** pm after they show some items not available instead of that you choose other item then I choose some other items after that I wait for my delivery.i want to track my order so I see the status of my order restaurant not pick my order so went to helpline they said I will find this and resolve this because of they told i calmly waiting after that they said sir restaurant will not respond sir this is not my problem you need to resolve this again they go and check then they said stocks not available then I said sir because of that only i ordered alternates then they said wait sir I check after all this queries they never pick my order delivery boy call me sir I am in restaurant they said no items available please cancel the order once cancel only i go to home sir what I do after that I hear that I said to customer helpline sir to you cancel the order because I know how long I wait all will be waste of time so please you also said sir i will resolve how long be wait for that then they cancel my order they give **inr coupon then I said I sleep in hungry because of your mistake
