Hey,
This is regarding my paytm order no. **********. I ordered a laptop from my mom's ID and cancelled it within *-* hours because I found a better offer on paytm itself. I'd really appreciate if you initiate the refund and tell me what the status of refund is. It is just showing "cancellation pending" although I cancelled it more than * days ago. Cancel the order please and confirm the cancellation! I've contacted care several times with no resolution. The product is already with the seller as it wasn't shipped and I cancelled it almost immediately, so why do they keep on saying "refund will be initiated when the product reaches the seller".
