Chandrayee Dey filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 1, 2019
I ordered from Swiggy on August *. Order value was deducted from my bank account and went to Swiggy but in stead of order confirmation my app shows a message saying "Pacman ate your money because of administrative rules". This failed order is not showing in my order summary and also the food never appeared. Please help to get refund.
