Woodland - Order No OR Canceled on Dec but yet i have not got my payment refunded

I had purchased shoes from woodland website/estore(https://www.woodlandworldwide.com) on **th of dec and same day i had canceled the order.
Since then i have writing them email and trying to call the on their given number *********** but always the calls goes on old and no body is responding.
I am attaching the screen shot of the calls and canceled order.
