Laxmi Ghosh filed complaint against TATA CLIQ on Nov 7, 2023

I had ordered Skylee Kurti with order number Order NO:********* and had returned the kurti on **st October to delivery guy Surendra Devadiga contact number ********** from Xpressbee with AWB *************. This guy gave false statement that order not picked up as didnt meet the description.

I immediately informed Tata Cliq and Xpressbee and wrote mail also. But no response from both the ends. Tata Cliq CS Management team wrote back to me and told they will get back in * working days but not response yet.

They should have not deployed since courier organizations to collect parcel who rob and give false statement. I want my refund back .
