Woodland - Order never delivered Cancelled and funds not refunded

I ordered a pair of shoes from Woodland on July *, ****, from their side. They didn't dispatch the order within the next ** days. Since I needed the order urgently, I canceled it. Now, for the past ** days, Woodland hasn't refunded my money. I've emailed their team at least ** times about this, but I haven't received a response yet. I've tried calling their customer care number multiple times, but even after waiting for an hour or more, I've never been able to talk to anyone. No one from Woodland has made an effort to call me back or respond to my emails.

I just want to know how a company like Woodland, which claims to be a luxury brand, can have such poor service. If their service is this bad, how are so many people promoting this company?
