This is the second time I'm highly disappointed with the services offered by Flipkart.
I had ordered one product on **th July **:** pm, the amount got deducted and order status was pending. I had a call with the customer executive and he confirmed that the amount was successfully received by Flipkart. After several hours I got to know that the order was cancelled by Flipkart. Amount is stuck for the next *-** days.
I ordered the same product again today (**th July, * pm). Similar things happened and the amount is stuck again.
I tried reaching out to flipkart several times and they are not having correct status in their portal as well as they don't have any resolution.
My question is if Flipkart is not sure that Vendor would be able to deliver that product then why is it visible in the portal.
I need this amount urgently but unfortunately it is stuck due to the failed Flipkart -Vendor relationship.
