Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Order has not displayed
The issue that I have experienced was: I have made a payment of Rs **** for medicine through paytm. Payment from paytm was successful but in Netmeds the order is not showing up. Disappeared my order from orderlist. but I have completed the transaction. order id generated. but in order view or history section showing I have not purchase anything.
It occurred on: */**/****
Either place the order for the correct products which I placed or refund the amount.Support team was total disgusting.Never again Order from Netmeds.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
