I've order some daily essential goods at Jiomart on **-**-****. It has not been delivered yet, but when I check my Jiomart account, it shows order has been delivered. I've written three mails to cs@jiomart.com, but they are not replying, their customer care number is always comes out busy. There is no response from Jiomart. This is looks like a fraud company. Nobody is paying attention to customer problems.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
