Swiggy - Order got delivered very late

I had made a corporate order for my clients and was hoping that swiggy would deliver on time. The delivery partner was another fool who wasn't able to find a famous hotel. The hotel confirmed that food is ready from long and is getting cold. I called the partner and told him he is heading in wrong direction. He didn't listen to me and ultimately arrived so late that I had to order from a local vendor. I initiated a chat with swiggy for compensation and reporting the issue but no resolution was given to me. After I fought for it, they told they would refund ***rs to which I had to agree as they were not ready to do anything else. As I was in a meeting the chat got disconnected and when I again initiated the chat, the other agent offered only ***. I again and again kept on saying atleast honour the words of your colleague. They didn't listen to me and not a single penny was refunded back to me. I believe this is such companies become a billion dollar company from a startup.
