Bewakoof Brands Private Limited - Order got delivered but not to me

I placed an order against this Men's Solid Loose Hoodie on**rd DEC ** **:** AM. I didn't check the delivery address there, which is my current address. Rather I placed an order with my Sister's old office address my mistake. So, she is not working anymore there. And still this order got delivered to that place on **th Dec **, I don't know how shipment happens on weekend on office orders?
I raised the ticket and emailed many times, but didn't got feedback and any help. And I was able to find this product for my size on bewakoof after waiting for an year.
I want that product back or at least my money.
