I had ordered from a restaurant called - How I met your burgers on May **th at **:** PM. After some time I receive a notification from Swiggy that my order has been cancelled. When I checked they cancelled my order which was to be delivered in ** -** mins. They also charged me cancellation fee of Rs. *** on the whole order amount. I contacted them and told them the situation. They said I had cancelled the order so they can't reverse the refund. I told them many times there might be a glitch on your end as I had not touched my phone. I also checked that the restaurant was closed by that time. I also mailed them but in vain. I do not have any screenshots to attach regarding the delivery partner details or anything as they have categorised my order as cancelled. It might be a small amount for them but it's a big amount for a student. Adding to that, I was waiting for the order eagerly and starving. Please kindly do the needful and help me get my hard earned money back.
