I ordered a phone from flipkart the redmi note * pro in the first flash sale and at that time the phone was worth ***** as it was the first sale and I got regular updates about the delivery and the last update I received was for the product shipped to my city and after that the day it was supposed to delivered to me the order got cancelled. The next time MI came up with the sale the phone was priced at ***** and there was no one to compensate for the extra **** charge on the next order which wasn't even my fault. I tried contacting flipkart regarding this but they kept pushing me away and never gave any solution and after being on call for long times they disconnected my calls and no resolution was given to me except apology
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
