Hi Dominos,
Via this email I want to express my disappointment with Domino's Pizza. It's been observed that I ordered multiple times and every time my ordered got cancelled after waiting so long.
I live in City heart sector *** kharar Mohali (******) thru Domino's app my order got placed to nearby Domino's Pizza which is located in shivjot Kharar Punjab.
Today again when I ordered at *.**pm order *** and order amount was ***₹ (**-**-****). I am expecting my order within ** mins (approx *.**pm). However I got call from your rider at *.**pm. So, when I asked him the reason and expressed my disappointment om late delivery.
He misbehaved with me and clearly denied that He won't handover the order to me. As per your policy I am supposed to have this order free of cost but your Rider denied for it and took the order back.
This thing is not the first time happened I observed it multiple times.
