I have ordered product on *th March **** under pay later condition and received a product on **th March ****. But due to over heating problem I have raised a return request and no one came to pick it up. And now on *th April ****, Flipkart has cancelled return request by saying return policy is ended. And they charged a penalty as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
