Flipkart - Order Delivery Issue and Lack of Resolution

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order (Order ID: OD******************). Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my order as promised.

My order was originally scheduled for delivery on July *rd, but it has been repeatedly delayed, with the current status indicating delivery on July *th. I have spoken with ** customer service executives and * senior executives regarding this matter, yet there has been no resolution.

Furthermore, the delivery agent assigned to my order refused to deliver on the agreed date, which I promptly reported to your customer care team. Despite my efforts, there has been a complete lack of updates or progress in resolving this issue.

This prolonged delay and lack of communication are causing considerable mental distress and inconvenience.
