Amazon India - order delivered but item is missing

Order id - *****************. I order a Tresseme shampoo combo on **th May. It was sent by Gati courier. I call them * times but they lastly said we can't deliver in your location. I said that give me your address so I can take my parcel after that I got the parcel from his agent at a local road. When I open it the box doesn't have my item so I call agent again. They didn't pick up * days. Then I complain Amazon for this but no help by Amazon yet. So please solve this. I tried from many days but no help by Amazon.
