Burger King - Order delivered after more than 2 hours

I ordered burger king at **:** PM and it got prepared around **:** PM. I waited till **:**PM, then ordered Dominos.
It got out for delivery @ **:**PM, and got it delivered @ **:** PM.
It was so cold, I didn't even ate it. I got stressed out because of late delivery and had to order from Dominos, so all the food got waste.
