I ordered * shirts from SNITCH (AJIO ) for around ₹**** on *st december **** . The order was cancelled by Ajio itself on *th december .after being cancelled , it was delivered to me on *th december . The shirts were alright but due to size issue i wanted to return those shirts . Due to some issue , there was no return option in the app and it never showed delivered . I contacted customer care on **th december , they told me that the issue will be resolved by **th . I waited but it didnt happen .
I called them again ..they told me to provide some images of the product and i provided them with the same . I again got a mail from ajio saying the issue will be resolved within * days . I waited again but no response
They kept mailing me for the pictures and i kept doing the same ..they raised a complaint atleast *-* times but the issue was never resolved . Its *th jan today and my issue is still pending. I am very frustrated since im getting the same reply again and again .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
