Saloni Agarwal filed complaint against Ajio on Oct 12, 2025
I placed an order with Ajio on *nd October **** (Order ID: FN**********) with the original delivery date set for *th October.
However, the delivery has been repeatedly delayed - first to *th, then **th, then **th, then **th, then **th, and now again ** October - without any proper communication or valid reason. It is changing every single day!
Despite contacting customer care and escalating the issue to Ajio's grievance officer via email, I have received no resolution. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I believe this is unfair consumer treatment. I request immediate action for either delivery of my product or a full refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
