Namita filed complaint against Jiomart on Aug 5, 2020
My order no **** was declined on JioMart however amount has been deducted from my Paytm Account .The account was debited on **th July and from them I have called and emailed many times and always got the same response on email that your complain has been forwarded to concern team .Before on my JioMart page declined order was visible but after filing complaint that order number has been removed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
