I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent purchase order with Louis Philippe. My order (ID: SA*********) was cancelled without my consent. However, I genuinely wanted to receive the product and the associated delivery, which has caused me significant mental distress.
As per my rights under consumer protection laws, I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly. If the product cannot be delivered as initially agreed, I expect a clear explanation and appropriate resolution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
