Moulya filed complaint against Louis Philippe on Oct 30, 2020
We received a wrong product which was already used. When return was placed it was declined saying product was used.
The complaint was raised to customer care, they created a ticket and closed the next day say" product was delivered after proper quality check".
I don't understand if quality check was done how the product got changed in the parcel I received.
The service is really bad and this site not trust worthy anymore.
