Mainstreet Market Place - Order Cancelled no refund

I ordered a product from Mainstreet Marketplace on June **th for ₹**,***. The order was cancelled by them without any request from my side. Upon contacting their team multiple times, I was informed that the product price had increased to ₹**,***, which is why the order was cancelled. I was then forced to accept store credits, which is inappropriate in this case, as the cancellation was initiated by Mainstreet Marketplace and not by me.

After receiving a cancellation email stating that I would only be given store credit, I’ve been trying to reach them through emails and WhatsApp, but there has been no response from their customer support team. Moreover, their sales representative, Mr. Rohil, contacted me via WhatsApp to sell the product again, but after I asked for a refund, there was no reply. The two phone numbers listed on their website are either invalid or unreachable. Additionally, their refund and cancellation policies are vague and difficult to locate on the website, which is misleading for customers. I request that my refund be processed to the original mode of payment.
