I ordered a cake and was waiting for my order. Suddenly I get a email of cancellation. I immediately reached to Swiggy team, they say delivery guy tried calling me, by I don't see any call any message. Also if I was unreachable, why didn't I get a call from Swiggy executive team for the order. You can send email for cancellation but you can't reach out if your delivery guy couldn't connect. Note: I didn't receive any message or call After that some executive tried helping me and called the delivery guy to deliver again, delivery guy refused, how is this my fault and I should pay for cancellation. Why couldn't you contact me at the first place.I didn't get my order and the amount is deducted now. I want solution to this.
