I have ordered one Denim jacket from Flipkart on *th November ****. It was supposed to be deliver on **th November ****.
After * days I received a message that my order will be delayed and it will arrived on **th November ****. I called flipkart customer care thrice and every time they assured me that I have to wait till **th November it will be deliver on **th November ****.
On the day on delivery **th November **** again in the morning I received a message that my order is cancelled and refund money will be proceed.
My only concern is if they are not able to delivery on the time even the extended date why their executive assured me thrice.
Now still today is the ** th day again I need to wait for my money for next *-* days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
