I had placed order yesterday and today shipper Porter guy called me and said that the product is out of stock and so they are going to cancel the order. And I too agreed to it.
But after few hours, the order in Porter is showing as cancelled but the order in Sangeetha website is showing as pickedup.
I called the store regarding this matter and they said to contact the customer care.
Customer care no response, they are not picking my call and not replying to my mail aslo.
I checked the reviews of Sangeetha online and saw many negative reviews.
This is causing me fear of loss of my money **k so taking fast action.
Please refund my money and update the same to me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
